Psychological therapy for neurodivergent adults and couples
I offer thoughtful, tailored psychological therapy for neurodivergent adults and couples, including where ADHD or autism is part of the picture.
My work supports emotional wellbeing, relationships, and everyday life in ways that respect how you function, rather than trying to change who you are.
Who is This For
You may be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck despite having tried many approaches. You might be navigating emotional regulation, anxiety, relationship difficulties, work pressures, or the impact of long-term health conditions.
I work with people who are looking for support that is individualised, psychologically informed, and respectful of neurodivergence (not one-size-fits-all solutions).
Individual Therapy
I work with neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD or autism, supporting emotional wellbeing, self-understanding, confidence, and coping with everyday challenges.
Couples Therapy
I also work with couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent. Therapy can support greater understanding, reduce repeated misunderstandings, and help you find more sustainable ways of relating, without trying to change who either of you are.
I am a Chartered and Registered Practitioner Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in mental health and behaviour change.
Alongside my clinical practice, I also work as a consultant and researcher in behaviour change and public health, and provide mentoring and supervision for psychologists. This work informs — but is separate from — my therapy practice. You can read more about my background here.
